2005 Scott Genius LTD size L exceptional original condition

  

Fantastic, original Scott Genius LTD size Large. A very important bike being the first carbon fibre framed full-suspension mountain bike. Dripping with exotic spec lightweight components, Shimano XTR everything - crank, brakes, gears, derailleur, immaculate Mavic CrossMax wheels, Fox Talas RS adjustable front forks with lockout, rear Scott Genius damper with three handle bar adjustable settings - full travel, traction and lockout. This era of Shimano XTR had combined brake and gear shifters for the ultimate light weight solution.

All original parts, even down to the grips. I still have the original tyres in good condition plus carbon seat and clip pedals (never used). All are included in the sale.

It has frame protection in all the right places, still stunningly light and capable to this day - even by modern standards, weighing just 10.3kg all-in. I bought it new in 2005 and it has been kept in storage for much of the last 15 years. I will put the original carbon seat, pedals and Scott Cougar tyres back on in the event of a sale. All are higher spec items than what you see on the bike now. Rare opportunity for a MTB collector.
