Up for sale is a Hornby R1038 premium boxed train set, known as "The Boxed Set" or the "Orient Express Set", comprising a Merchant Navy Class Locomotive and Tender (with accessory pack), 3 Pullman Coaches with working lights, a double oval of track with points, Hammant and Morgan Power Controller, and a full set of instructions, VR2 CD, leaflets and catalogue in a plastic wallet, all neatly packed in a stylish Red box with drawers. The set is in pristine, unused factory fresh condition. There is a little storage-related scuffing of the outer box. The set has been obsolete for a number of years now and pristine examples are getting very scarce.

Please note that I pack all items I sell very securely to avoid damage in transit. Due to the current health crisis and government restrictions on movement, I will be making less frequent visits to the post office in order to stay safe, and also to reduce the burden on our already overstretched postal services.
