Moorcroft pottery limited edition Woodpecker vase. 10.5 tall (122/8) for those collectors out there that know! This is number 6 of a 25 limited edition. 2008 for a celebration of the 20 year open weekend between 1988 -2008. Condition is 1st with no cracks, crazing or removal of seconds mark, which I know unscrupulous people do.

This is a magnificent hand made and hand decorated piece of art pottery, signed by the designer and produced by the world renowned and highly collectable Moorcroft factory in Stoke on Trent England. The vase features the Woodpecker in various positions amongst oak trees. It is a stunning piece that would grace any collection.

This piece has never been shown as an orniment and therefore perfect for a new owner. The reason for this is that it was a gift from a friend of mine who did not realise the collection that I already had.

I myself worked as a painter at Moorcroft for 6 years and can fully understand the importance of this piece. Will be extremely well packaged and sent with love.
