Seiko Automatic'Dress Turtle' 7005-8032 watch in fine vintage retro condition

  
The lugs are 18mm apart waiting for a strap of your choice. I'm not sure whether this came on a bracelet way back in 1971 when it was made, but in any case this watch would rival today's SARB033 as a dress watch. 37mm acroos the case, 40mm lug-to-lug, it wears nicely on small to medium wrists. Designed like a smaller version of the turtle diver, this Seiko watch has a stunning silver dial. The crosshairs and some simple text complete the design.

The raised indices are gorgeous and the hands are faceted. The lume has faded, the case, despite polishing, shows some very minor scratches, and the dial has very minor blemishes. None of these are visible with a naked eye and the watch looks great.

The gaskets are all there and intact but have become quite flat with age. New silicone grease was applied. I would personally rain to splash on it and I would not worry washing my hands, but I would not submerge this watch. The price reflects a full service carried out on 28 January 2020.
