Vintage Safety Stairways Ltd Black painted Cast Iron Staircase- good condition

Safety Stairways Ltd cast iron staircase for sale including banister rail and matching L shaped balustrade. 12 steps, 52 diameter, 94 floor to floor. Black painted Cast Iron Spiral Staircase, 52 diameter, 94 floor to floor. There are 12 steps in total which measure. Step Height of 8 each.

Each step marked Safety Stairways Ltd. Central Pole Height of 104. 2 arms both 32 wide. The top of the banister continues level by approx.

32 to match the balustrade. All of the components are included as seen in the pictures. The steps will all be separate and complete with fixing nuts and bolts but the central pole is one continuous piece.

The rail looks as if it will be in two lengths but we wont know for sure until dismantled. You will need to consider this when you arrange transport. The item is for collection only from Macclesfield, Cheshire. Full address details will be provided on completion of sale.

Additional pictures and measurements can be supplied on request, and feel free to ask any questions. The staircase has been painted with black Hammerite, which is chipped in places.

Obviously, there will be more chipping when it is dismantled, as would be expected. There are no other paint layers underneath so could easily be stripped back to the original cast iron finish if required, or repainted in your choice of colour.
